the dinner project, week 19


Monday May 10: whole grain penne with shredded chicken, spinach, onion, pesto, Jarlsberg, a little bit of creme fraiche and fresh ground pepper

Tuesday May 11: leftovers from Monday

Wednesday May 12: dinner out: hamburger at Café Opera in Bergen

Thursday May 13: leftovers from (the freezer) from Thursday last week

Friday May 14: grilled filet of pork with chili explosion spices, grilled green asparagus and aubergine with homemade chili oil

Saturday May 15: a big bbq buffet in our garden with 15 grown ups and 6 kids (photo above)

Sunday May 16: roasted chicken with a marinade of chili oil, soya sauce, lemon pepper, red bell pepper, onion, fresh coriander and sugar, served with whole grain rice
