I used some posts last December to tell about my experience with the Norwegian Health and Hospital system.
In and out of Hospital. Waiting for operation and sent home. Cancellation of Christmas celebration. Frustrations and worries especially for my family. (btw, I made it at last, and are satisfied with the result)The journalist and writer Niels Chr. Geelmuyden is performing the morning essay at NRK P1 07.25 this week, telling (in Norwegian) about his experiences when he went trough a Kidney Transplantation in April. He got his new kidney from his wife and thus received an organ from a living donor.
I recommend those readers who understand Norwegian and have not listened to his voice on the radio to download his esseys on podcast, and have a smiling 5 minutes x 4. (Monday to Thursday)
I use iTunes to listen, but those of you not having understood the quality of Mac know for certain how to listen through other systems.
In iTunes Store (iTunes U) you can also find a lot of presentations and lectures (Audio and TV) from many Universities around the world. You are never too old to learn, so develop yourself with the help of iTunes.
